Course Terms and Conditions
1. COURSE TUITION.
A tuition fee will be charged to the STUDENT according to the rate established for the county in which the test applies. This fee includes
all required instructional materials.
2. COURSE SCHEDULE.
The instruction is composed of 10 training units. The course will be available to the
STUDENT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This availability may be affected by circumstances
such as, but not limited to, system, site or connectivity failure. The student may be
awarded credit for time lost under these circumstances, under the sole discretion of the
SCHOOL.
3. COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION POLICY.
The STUDENT agrees to complete all phases
of the approved curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Any time
missed must be made up. The school is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion
if the STUDENT has not met all the requirements for course completion and a STUDENT shall
not accept a certificate under such circumstances.
4. GRADING AND PROGRESS POLICY.
The STUDENT agrees that they may not be certified or given credit for a defensive driving
course unless they score 80% or higher on the final exam. Alternative testing
techniques for students with reading, hearing or learning handicaps and policies
for re-testing students who score less than 80% will be: a) review of material; b) translation, if necessary or possible; and c) re-testing,
verbally if necessary.
5. RULES OF OPERATION AND CONDUCT.
The STUDENT agrees that HE/SHE, and not any other person, will study the material in its
entirety and complete the chapter quizzes and the final exam. It is illegal to circumvent
the state-approved course or provide false information. If the course administrator
discovers the STUDENT has misrepresented himself or has cheated, the STUDENT will be
stopped from taking the course with no refund of the registration fees.
In addition, the STUDENT may be prosecuted for perjury and other criminal acts which
are punishable by a maximum of a 10-year prison term and a $10,000
fine.
6. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

do not pass our course, we will REFUND all of your course tuition fees. Remember
that you have multiple chances to pass the final exam and all course material may be
reviewed while taking your test. If you pass you pay, if you don’t you
won’t, it’s that simple. If the STUDENT attempts to circumvent the course,
the STUDENT will be given a failing grade and no refund will be issued.
7. CHARGE BACK OR HOLD STATUS.
If a charge back or hold status is placed on a student’s payment resulting
in no payment for the service, the student will be charged (3) THREE TIMES the
amount of the COURSE TUITION. Uptime and connectivity problems are not considered
to be a refund or cancellation situation.
8. ACCEPTED COURTS.
This course is only accepted by the courts that have approved its content.
It is not accepted in all court jurisdictions. If a defendant uses the course
outside of the approved courts and the certificate is not observed, there will be
NO REFUND. The defendant must use the course at his/her own discretion.
9. CERTIFICATE REPROCESSING.
All information entered on CitationStation.com is assumed correct.
If there are any discrepancies regarding data there will be a $10.00 reprocessing
fee for a regenerated certificate. This fee is due before any corrections can be
made.
10. RETURN PAYMENT POLICY.
For any check or electronic check that is returned to us for any reason, there will be
a service charge of (3) THREE TIMES the amount of the CHECK. There will be no exceptions.
